If you use the contact form, we receive the fields you submit: name, email, organization, what you run, participant count, any notes, and how you heard about us. We use that to reply. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
The site may record basic usage — which pages were requested, and when — so we can tell which pages are useful. Nothing here is used for advertising.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to keep the site working and, where analytics are on, to understand traffic. Nothing here is used for advertising. You can block cookies in your browser; the pages will still read.
Student data
This marketing website does not collect student records. If you use zFairs or ISEF Forms, student data is handled under those products' terms and any data processing agreement with your program. See Security & compliance.
How long we keep contact messages
Inquiry emails are kept as ordinary business correspondence so we can continue a conversation you started. Ask and we will delete a message that is no longer needed.
